Why I Love Online Games

I have to confess that I have a passion for online games. I spend a lot of time on the Internet every day, but if I’m online simply surfing for too long, I start to feel like my mind is turning to mush. To jump-start the brain cells and put myself through some mental calisthenics, I’ll play a few online games during the day. Sometimes I might play for an hour or more, but there are plenty of games out there that are quick and easy to play when I just want to play for ten or fifteen minutes.

There are several reasons I prefer online games, but the most obvious is simply that I don’t like downloading too much stuff to my home computer. There’s only so much storage space on the family computer, and I don’t want to take up too much space that would be better for family photos and the like. I also like the impressive selection of online games you can find now for both PCs and Macs. You can play online games that have sound quality and graphics that are just as good as the best games on Xbox or PlayStation!

I’m partial to games that challenge my memory or require good observational skills. Hidden object games and mystery games are two favorites that stimulate my brain and give me a sense of accomplishment, but I have to confess I also love the pure pleasure of shopping games and the fantasy you can find in romance themed games. Role playing online games are also a treat because I can pretend to be someone else for a while without having leave home or compromise my real life. It’s always a great escape to start up an online game and forget about my cares for a few minutes.

Use a Payday Loan for Home Repairs

How many times has an unexpected home repair put you in a financial bind? Unexpected home repairs can really take a toll on your bank account, especially if you’re living paycheck to paycheck. Fortunately, getting a payday loan can help.

Payday loans are small loans that help you get the funds you need when you’re between paychecks. The loan can be used for anything you need. In fact, they don’t even ask you what you need the money for. You simply fill out the forms and the money is deposited into your account, usually the next business day. There’s no need to fill out an excessive amount of forms and wait for approval. Everything is processed quickly so that you have the money you need fast.

With a payday loan, you pay the entire amount you borrowed back with your next paycheck. You don’t have to worry about adding yet another monthly payment to your household budget. In fact, most places keep it simple for you by withdrawing the funds from your bank account automatically. This helps you avoid any late fees or overdraft fees, because you know upfront when the payment is coming out of your account and how much will be withdrawn.

You don’t even have to worry if you can’t pay the loan back on your next payday. All you have to do is pay the loan in full, and then get another small loan. You can do this until you are ready for the balance to be paid in its entirety. Payday loans are convenient for many reasons. Not only do you get the cash you need quickly, you can continue to borrow until you’re ready for the company to be paid off. There’s no credit check either. All you need is proof of income and a valid checking account.

Movies on Queue

We have been on a downloading spree last weekend, owing to the fact that I am on a quest to feed my mind and relax it at the same time. (It helps the Glee’s second season has started – but more on that later!)

Here is what I have on my list. I hope I can watch one movie everyday, or at the most, every other day.
1. How To Train Your Dragon
2. The Last Song
3. The Expendables
4. Knight and Day

6. Diary of a Whimpy Kid
7. My Last 5 Girlfriends

Time for a Career?

We are going to be changing calendar months this week again – one step closer to ending the year. I have been thinking if it is time for me to find jobs which will get me out of the house – have a career and all. I want to sleep on it, pray over it and review my options. I want to make sure I would be doing the right thing by next year. I should be looking toward our long-term goals for now. And if there is no baby next year, or ever, it will be time to go ahead and carve my niche in my chosen career.

Going on a Tour

Traveling something big on my wish list. If I had limitless amount of money and can bear to be away for long periods of time from my children, I would have gone on europe tours, australia tours and even ireland tours ever since I graduated from college. It remains to be a dream but I am positive I will be able to go to one of those countries someday.

For example, I have mapped out an itinerary when I go to Ireland. I want to visit these five historic places:
1. The GPO, Dublin

The GPO (General Post Office) was the headquarters of the 1916 Easter Rebellion when Irish rebels, led by Padraig Pearse, of the Irish Republican Brotherhood (IRB) proclaimed Ireland a Republic by issuing the Proclamation of the Irish Republic signed by seven members of the army council; Thomas J. Clarke, Sean Mac Diermada, Thomas McDonagh, P.H. Pearse, Eamon Ceant, James Connolly and Joseph Plunkett and declaring war on the occupying British Forces from that moment onward.

2. Dublin Castle

Dublin Castle is one of the most visited historic attractions in Ireland and its importance in Irish history cannot be understated. It is forever associated with the various repressive English occupiers of Ireland over the space of nearly 800 years.

3. Beal na mBlath, Clonakilty County Cork

Beal na mBalth is one of the most famous locations in Irish history. It was here in August 1922 that Michael Collins, one of the most charismatic leaders in the history of Ireland and Commander in Chief of the National Forces, was killed in an ambush whilst on a tour of inspection of the Free State troops in his native Cork.

4. The Battle of the Boyne, Oldbridge, Drogheda, County Louth

The Battle of the Boyne, in 1690, was the end game in a war between the Catholic King James and Protestant King William of Orange, who had deposed James in 1688. The battle, won by William, was a turning point in their feud and ultimately helped ensure the continuation of Protestant supremacy in Ireland with ramifications right up to this day.

5. Vinegar Hill, Enniscorthy, County Wexford

The Irish Rebellion of 1798 against British occupation of Ireland had many significant battles in different parts of the country but the Battle of Vinegar Hill was an on the 21st June 1798 was especially important.

I might as well book with Collette Tours. Buying your Ireland Tours Tour in advance gives you peace of mind because you prepay for your trip and save up to 40% off the cost of traveling the same itinerary on your own.

Hi! My name is Jane and I’m married to Joe.

The only form of exercise I get everyday is when I surf the virtual waves on the web and the only muscles I have in my body are at the fingertips.

I write all I can find on the web when I surf while sipping my coffee.

PS. And I love joining memes too.
