When I am not involved so much on surfing the net, I design on the side. I am not a certified (and educated in school-that-sort-of-thing) graphic artist/designer but I do some design work in the form of albums made digitally to look like scrapbook pages. Suffice to say, all of my clients are mothers, which suits me just fine actually.

Recently though I was asked if I can design a logo for a company that they will use in their business dealings – it will go in their letterhead, receipts, calling cards and web site. I was so intimidated! It didn’t stop when they asked me if I can make their ad brochures as well. Fortunately, everything went without a hitch and I even was able to refer them to a great brochure printing company.
