Pimple and Pimple Scars

I have been blessed with good skin ever since I was young. I hit and survived puberty without having real acne or pimples. Most of my friends tell me I have good skin and ask me what do I do to maintain it. I tell them I really don’t do anything with my skin. Sometimes I even forget to put on sun block lotion and moisturizer.

As I grew older though I learned to be more conscious of my skin. Due to hormonal problems, I have been experiencing a few pimples here and there especially when the time of the month is near.

There are different types of acne treatment available but my dermatologist friend told me that it is not true that you need to dry the pimples for it to go away. Treatment is case to case basis. Some require oral medicines because it’s a hormonal problem while others need to modify their diet.

Other just require topical solutions to control their acne. The ZenMED Derma Cleanse System works and I know many people have been using it.It is an all-in-one solution that solved hormonal problems and skin problems.

If you need acne scar treatment, try this:

Scar Treatment Kit
This is the ZenMED Scar Treatment Kit. Its triple-acid, esthetician strength, Ascorbic-Glycolic-Lactic concentrate helps gradually diminish imperfections on the surface of the skin.

Natural Skin Care

I am a firm believer and supporter of all natural products. Not only do they come cheaper (in som cases), these eco-friendly products do not harm the environment, in fact, they can even help save it. We are in the times when we need to take drastic action to preserve whatever is left of Mother Earth and each one of us should do our share to help protect it.

How do you take care of your skin naturally?

I have very sensitive skin. I tend to break out whenever I use skin care products on my skin, whatever it maybe. I have stuck with a skin care routine my Mom taught me and initiated me with since I was 9 – and it has worked well. I have never had any breakouts and my skin has stayed clear ever since. I use natural skin care ingredients too – jojoba, safflower oil, rose hip seed oil, shea butter, beeswax, witch hazel, aloe vera, tea tree oil, and chamomile.

Here are some of its uses:
Jojoba oil has moisturizing properties. It is used in most lotion and oils – especially for dry skin and babies’ skin.

Rose hip oil has healing properties. It is used for a variety of skin conditions, including dermatitis, acne and eczema, for mature and sun burnt skin as well as brittle nails and wrinkles. Rose hip oil is also frequently used to heal scarring and diminish photo-aging. You may see it as an active ingredient in most stretch mark creams.

Shea butter is famously known as a moisturizer cream and emulsion . It has known to be effective at treating the following conditions: fading scars, eczema, burns, rashes, acne, severely dry skin, blemishes, dark spots, skin discolorations, chapped lips, stretch marks, wrinkles, and in lessening the irritation of psoriasis. It provides natural ultraviolet sun protection, although the level of protection is extremely variable, ranging from nothing to approximately SPF 6. It is preferred because the butter absorbs rapidly into the skin without leaving a greasy feeling.

Beeswax can be used like petroleum jelly – as a lubricant and a barrier cream. I actually use this for waxing. It doesn’t irritate my skin as much.

Aloe Vera has had many claims to its benefits, as a moisturizer with soothing and healing properties. So famous has this been that you can find it as an ingredient to many products such as makeup, tissues, moisturizers, soaps, sunscreens, incense, razors and shampoos. I particularly use this for my dry hair.

Tee tree oil has antiseptic and antifungal, antibacterial actions – very well-known to treat pimples.

Save your skin while saving the Earth. Use only natural products!

The only form of exercise I get everyday is when I surf the virtual waves on the web and the only muscles I have in my body are at the fingertips.

I write all I can find on the web when I surf while sipping my coffee.
